This contribution is made from your own funds, not from a corporation, labor organization, foreign national, or another prohibited source. You are at least 18 years old. You are not making this contribution on behalf of another person or entity. Your total contributions to this campaign do not exceed $2,800 per election (Primary and General are considered separate elections under West Virginia law). Contributions are not tax‑deductible. All donations are reported as required by the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office.
